Architect’s statement: “This drawing belongs to a small series of drawings that try to investigate the nature of space as matter, and of urban space, with an almost automatic approach. These drawings have helped me to open an idea of space that was totally implosive: to understand relations of discontinuity and movement within the whole of spatial matter. These drawings are not a project but an ephemeral vision of the possible reality of a space that from this idea can be born. They are like an hallucination, and as such they enclose a moment of experience that is unknown. They are about the secret of making.”
